Conquistador XII, October 2010 by Elise Genest

Elise Genest of Elise Genest Arts & Chevaux is an Artist & Photographer from Quebec, Canada. She is an accomplished artist and favors the Andalusian in many of her paintings, which she generously applies to oversized canvases.  We became friends at WEG 2010 in Lexington.  She took a day to drive down to the farm and photograph the horses, shooting in the late afternoon and the following morning light before returning to her booth at WEG.   She has traveled to Spain & Mexico to shoot PRE horses for her paintings.  Visit her beautiful website at http://www.elisegenest.com
